Background

Mr. Percin attended Georgetown University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Government. At Georgetown, Sean served as an Assistant Captain for the Division I Swimming and Diving Team, earning First-Team All-Conference and Scholar-Athlete honors. While in D.C., Mr. Percin also worked as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Tom McClintock.

Sean continued his education at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2026. In his first year, Mr. Percin completed an externship with the Department of Homeland Security as a Legal Intern. In his second year, Sean worked in the San Diego County District Attorney's Gang Prosecution Unit as both a Legal Intern and Summer Fellow.

Sean sat for the California Bar Examination in July 2026.

Sean is originally from Truckee, California. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, running, and exploring the outdoors.
