Background

Lauren Bruce attended University of Texas at Austin, where she earned dual degrees in Chemistry and Spanish. Lauren was a member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority. In her final year, she studied abroad in Mexico City, Mexico.

Lauren pursued her legal education at University of Houston Law Center in Houston, Texas. While at UHLC she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Moot Court Competition Teams. During her third year, she was one of three students chosen to be a part of the inaugural Trademark Prosecution Clinic.

Lauren sat for the July 2026 California Bar.

Lauren is originally from Dallas, Texas but now calls San Diego her home. In her free time, she enjoys skydiving, country dancing, playing card games, and being outside.
